Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We use them — and similar technologies like localStorage — to make the Service work and to understand how it is used.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

  • Session cookie (app.chronolio.com): keeps you logged in to the application. Expires when your session ends.
  • Notice state(chronolio.com, localStorage): remembers that you've seen the cookie notice so we don't show it again.
  • Security tokens (app.chronolio.com): CSRF protection for forms in the application.

Analytics

  • Vercel Analytics: privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics that do not identify you individually.
  • Google Analytics: aggregate usage statistics that help us understand how the site is used and improve it. IP addresses are anonymised and the data is not used for advertising.

Third-party embeds

  • Calendly: the demo booking calendar on /book-a-demo sets its own cookies when loaded, governed by Calendly's privacy policy.

3. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and browser-level controls such as tracking protection or extensions can prevent analytics from loading. Necessary cookies will be re-created because the Service cannot function without them.
